Location: Hartford, CT (2 days in office only)
Schedule: 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to work around your schedule ***Candidates must work between 8-5 PM***

What You'll Do as the Part-Time Payroll Specialist
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for under 100 employees, including exempt and non-exempt staff.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, handle employee inquiries, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless data flow.
- Provide support for accounting tasks, such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in payroll processing, ideally as a Payroll Specialist or similar.
- Knowledge of payroll systems (experience with ADP is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with some flexibility.
